I did feel that way. Now though - I just feel like - come on already! I'm not going to sleep anyhow, so let's get this over with.

Here I go again. I am tired. Midnight and I cannot sleep. Sleepy tea did not work tonight.

Yeah I hear you... Sleeping 4 hours... in broken bits, might as well have a newborn!

I've actually been sleeping a little better over the past few days. Which is TOTALLY odd for me in late pregnancy. Not sure what the difference is. The only thing I can think is maybe the chiro adjustments are helping my body over all and it was totally messed up before?

I do still get up 2x a night or more to pee, but that's about it most nights unless he's very active and keeping me awake from that.

Grr well here I am at 6:18am and I've been awake since 4:30am when I didn't get to sleep until nearly 2am. Baby's been moving all over the place and I've been having BH's too. Blah. I just want to sleep more than 2 consecutive hours.

Dr said she can give me braces to wear on my hands to hold them in a good position, but I know that there is no way I could sleep with them on. Can't even sleep with socks on..lol

3 more weeks max.
I'm in exactly the same position. If I'm not up peeing every 2 hours, I'm woken up by my painful hands. Middle fingers on one hand are now always numb. I can't even grab the bed sheet and pull it up during the night because tightening my hands HURT.

I tried strapping it a few times, but I woke up with a really itchy arm, which just made the discomfort worse. Thank god it goes away after birth!

Do you get the shooting pains when you're trying to cut something with a knife?

I'm glad I'm not the only one with the numb middle fingers though. lol I find that ridiculously humorous. My friend said, "Now you can't flip people off!" I said, "Yes I can. But I can pretend I didn't notice!" LOL

Some nights are better for me than others, but last night was horrible. I was up peeing every half hour to one hour and each time I was have braxton hicks contractions.

I just wish for some good sleep before labour.

My MW tells me the sleep deprivation will get worse and worse but if it goes too far you'll have one night of peaceful sleep and can be guaranteed to go into labour the next day.

I had crap sleeps before my labours. One time i went to bed at 11 and woke up at 12:30 in labour. Another time I went to bed around midnight and woke up at 4 in labour. SO not fair/

I've been sleeping terribly lately, too, between hip pain, tingly legs, bathroom trips, neck pain, and general insomnia. I finally start getting restful sleep about 4 am, but I have to get up at 6 to get my daughter ready for school.

Oh great I was just coming here to say I finally had a decent nights sleep after days of only getting 2-4 hours a night.

Wugh! I'm the total opposite, I had like 3-4 nights (and days! nap time! hehe) of great sleep and then last night and nap today I slept like crud. *sigh*

Hey Madalyn ~ sounds like that's a good thing if the theory is right, though unless you want babe to hang on longer!

Lol I told him he's not allowed to come until I get my hair cut this Saturday.
Oh you are brave! I've not gotten my hair cut the entire pregnancy and I would love to get it trimmed up, but am afraid they'll butcher it and I'll look like crap in all of the new baby pictures!
Yeahhh I did mention in passing to my mom that I hope they don't ruin it or I'll probably start crying at the salon I'm so sensitive lately. Mine looks pretty bad right now though so something needs to be done! I made the appointment with a stylist I've had twice before and she did a good job then so I hope she doesn't choose now to butcher it for the first time.

Mine is just so long now and the longest layer seems to have grown way faster than the others. I need/want it trimmed up some. Normally I'd do it myself, but I don't want to mess with it.

Well I didn't get jinxed into labor, back to 2 hours of sleep last night. I want to go back to sleep but I have to leave for my 38 week appointment in an hour.

I'm having a terrible time sleeping when I got to bed when I'm tired (8:00pm w/ DH & son). If I stay up a couple more hours I can usually make it through the night (with a few pee breaks).
