Need advice - what would you do?

My aunt has about a 6wk supply of domperidone left over from when she was trying to nurse her preemie twins (she weaned at 3 mo). she used 2 of the 5 packs. she offered it to me this wk when I mentioned my supply was low since I've had a bad cold/cough. I really don't think I need it - fenugreek and mothers milk tea seem to be helping. But, now I have this dom. sitting here.

Do I save it for a rainy day (i have never had real supply issues in the 7 mo we've been nursing) or do I give it away online? I wouldn't sell it even though it is worth about $70 - bad karma.

I vote for donating it! I have low supply and was given some, and although it didnt work for me, I felt so blessed to have it to try.

I don;t now if it would even help you. It seems that you have a short-term problem, and by the time that the dom. would kick in, you will probably be fine and just end up with too much milk.

Given what I have read on Domperidone and it's uses and your situation, I would say donate it. I don't think you need it or that it would be effective in really short term.

Yeah, I'm def. not going to take it myself - supply is already up today - poor dd is overeating a bit since her teething is causing her to nurse alot for comfort.

Do you think I could just put it up on the TP?
