pregnant cousin-high risk situation. How do I plant a seed?

I just found out that my cousin is pregnant. She is young and I don't think she will naturally make informed vax choices--will probably just comply with all mainstream norms no questions asked. I would consider future child to be in a high risk situation for adverse vax reactions b/c:

1) her mom(babe's grandma) has rheumatoid arthritis & lupus
2) all siblings have health problems(epilepsy, distonia, learning disabilities, adhd)
3) she has some sort of rare hormonal diagnosis that causes her lots of problems with cists & weight gain
4) doesn't have the healthiest lifestyle/eating habits

I want to plant a seed to help her become informed about vaxing and I pray that will lead to her at least delaying vax. I have a feeling that her family is so indoctrinated that they will look at me like I am insane and just dismiss it. Any suggestions for a sensitive & smart way to go about guiding her to a place where she will take the topic seriously? I feel like if I give her books, she won't read them.

Give her a copy of "How to Raise a Healthy Child in Spite of Your Doctor" by Dr. Mendlehson. Seriously. He talks about vaxes some, but its just got LOTS of good baby/child care info (how to take care of sick kids, when to worry, and when not to (most of the time!!), etc), and is just a GREAT book. I got it before DS was born and its helped me remember to just stay calm and not worry about every little sniffle and fever that comes along. And to not worry about most of the 'vaccine preventable' now 'deadly' childhood diseases (measles, mumps, rubella, chickenpox, etc).
