I spend way too much time in the kitchen cooking so I'd like to cook at least 5 meals on Sundays and freeze them for the week. I've never been much of a cook so I have tons of questions! I'm wondering if i can freeze
chicken salad
veggie soup ( beans, zucchini, squash, tomatoes, carrots, green beans)
potato soup
mac and cheese
there is more but i'm drawing a blank
Also, what do you use to freeze your food in? I keep hearing about plastic zip lock bags leaching poisen into the food!
