38w appt. today

My midwife checked me and I am 2cm dilated and 60% effaced. She said that he is at a +2-3 station, but that seems awfully low to me. She said I am super soft and stretchy. Since my appt. I have been having crampy contractions, so we will see if they keep up or not.

I'm trying to understand the different stations. My MW said I'm 2/5 at the moment, but I can't see how that compares with the + - system...?
