They called with my blood lab results a while ago. My results came back "in the normal" range! WOOT!!!

I told my dad now if they'd leave me alone and stop stressing me out over so many things and tests, maybe my blood pressure would stop going up at every appt! It's mostly "normal" here at home even with my four helions creating chaos!

Thank you! I keep thinking "Woot! One less reason for them to try to induce me!" It seems like it's been something every visit for the past 5 weeks!

I dropped my pee pot off this morning. I guess that was for naught, but ah well. I've experienced a lot this pregnancy that I never have before. That's about all I can say about it!

Thats always a good thing (re: induction)

The pee pot cracks me up it makes me think of the pot my brother used in their cabin without a toilet to train my nephew it was a stone/ceramic bean pot, that he would sit on, LOL!!!

Thats wonderful news! I know it's been an ongoing battle...

Do you feel like your blood pressure rises just thinking about them taking it. I find that is what has happened to me a couple of times. Stressing about it and poof amazingly it goes up!

Now tell them to LEAVE YOU ALONE!!

Sometimes I really do. The only time it's been exceptionally high when I checked it myself was the day that I got a stomach thing going on, it was the first wicked hot day of the year and I just did not feel well. I think I was dehydrated and that didn't help at all. I don't recall checking it and having it above the normal range other than that, although it's still been more than my normal. I do think it's...at least an odd "coincidence" that my BP did not start being high (even at their office) until they started all of the extra testing, though.

Glad your labs came back fine!

One note of caution, though. With my first pregnancy, my OB's office sent me for blood work after I came in with elevated blood pressure, swelling, and a severe headache. My OB called that afternoon to tell me that my lab results were normal, and I was supposed to come back the next morning for my regular checkup. Instead, I went into eclamptic seizures that evening, despite the normal lab results from earlier that day.

Had you been experiencing pre-e symptoms other than the high blood pressure?

The only thing I have had other than an occasional headache (which Tylenol took care of all except once) was some floaters and occasional racing heart, both of which the midwives said can be totally normal in a regular pregnancy.

I did a 24 hour urine, too so waiting to hear back on that, though I've only had protein in my urine 1x this pregnancy and even though it was a very small amount.
