Good Carrier for Big Baby + Small Mommy?

I'm a short mama (5 ft) and I have a big baby (over 20 lbs at 4 months)! Can anyone recommend a good carrier for this size combo? Is the Beco good for short moms? I'm looking for something that my baby wont grow out of in a month, and that won't hang down too low on me!

Well, I'm 5'4", and I have a 25 lb 1 year old. Our favorite is the mei tai with the back carry. Mei tai's are very adjustable and I've found it much more comfortable than my ring sling for this chunky boy. It distributes the weight so much better. I wore him in it throughout most of my pregnancy, and it was comfortable and he liked it a lot.

(I made my mei tai, but it is very similar to the BabyHawk- the measurements are almost identical- so I would imagine the BabyHawk would probably work well for you.)
