Going back to work...and dreading it

MY daughter was born on 2/14/09, so she is almost 12 weeks old. I have to go back to work next week. I am planning on working 20 hours over three days. I am sending her to an in-home day care. But I am a total mess. I have been crying and nauseous all week. I don't even know how I am going to work once I get to work. Any advise on how to get through this is welcome.

I remember being exactly where you are now. It is hard going back, but it will get easier with time. Be gentle on yourself.
