How to remove DD w/o waking

Any tips on taking sleeping DD out of the kangroo korner carrier fleece pouch? Or rocking baby ring sling? Great that she falls asleep but then what. DD is 7 months & 14 lbs. I love the kangroo korner but it does hurt my shoulder after an hours of a sleeping baby.

I lay down and then pull the carrier gently off with the baby in it and then use it as a blanket. I do this in our bed though, since we cosleep. Am no help on how to do it if you are using a crib...hopefully someone will chime in on that!
