Difference in sons

This is will probably prove to be just an overactive mind-type worry but I wanted to ask a question about my 13 week old son's penis. He is intact but I guess he has a very short foreskin as he looks circed. In fact, more than one person has asked if we had him circumcised. His penis is stubby looking and always points "up". My 19 month old son's foreskin is much longer, completely covers the glans and rests against his scrotum. Is this just a normal difference in that "every one is different" type of thing? Thanks.

i have 2 boys, they are both intact, both totaly different, and both totaly normal. forskins come in all sizes, short, long and anything in between.

My boys look pretty different too. My 5 yo ds has a really long foreskin. My 16 month old has a much shorter one. He doesn't seem to have any overhang at all. I still think he looks intact though because he has the taper at the end. But his penis in general is just smaller.

My two boys are different too. DS 13 has quite a bit of overhang (not that I've seen in recent years) and DS 9 goes right to the tip and no more.
