Polybraid Elastic Question

Can you buy this at Hancock Fabrics or JoAnn Fabrics? Or do I have to get it online? Is braided elastic the same thing?

Yes, you can. It will probably say StretchRite on the package or spool (by the yard). I get better results by using their cotton elastic, also called bathing suit elastic. I feel it holds up better through the repeated washing in hot water that diapers go through. It springs back after stretching better than braided elastic. Probably Hancock will too.
