trading post confusion

I'm unable to post on the trading post. I'm trying to sell some gently used clothing. It would only have been my second TP post. Is this because I have a thread open on the "free for shipping" thread, or is my ratio off?

Did you purchase access to post for sale items? If so, you can send a PM to abimommy with your Paypal receipt and she can manually adjust your account.
