First: I am with all of the other posters that there is nothing you HAVE to do with your daughter. She is yours, not your MILs. She has no say. And you will likely resent her for the rest of your life and things will not be okay if you vaccinate.
However, to answer your question.
You don't say if your daughter has had ANY shots.
If she hasn't, the Health Department can (and will) catch her up on the first dose of everything she's eligible for, probably using some combos to reduce the actual number of injections.
She will receive
DTaP, Polio, Hepatitis B, Hepatitis A, MMR, Varicella, Prevnar, and Hib. It's possible that it will be 8 separate needles, but there are a couple of combo options available that could bring the needle number as low as 5. It's not flu season, so probably they won't do a flu shot.
If she was "current" on her vaccines before 9 months, there's a chance she won't need the Hep B.
