puffy under eyes

does anyone know what may be causing my LOs under eye area to become puffy when she wakes? Some days it's worse than others. This has been going on for more than 6 months. Any ideas??

Hi. I noticed this post was originally written over a year ago, but I came across it while looking for info on my own DS's puffy eyes. Did you ever find out what was causing your LO's puffy eyes?

HI :) No I didn't but it doesn't happen very often anymore. I think it can be due to so many different reasons. Food sensitivities, kidney congestion, deficiencies etc. Her undereyes are still look dark at times and I know it's probably something she's eating. I'm hoping to do a gut healing diet but are going to Japan for about 6 months soon so I'm not sure how easy it will be trying something so strict there

I am glad to hear she is not having those issues anymore. My DS is 2.5 years and we have been struggling with puffy eyes for about 3 and a half months now. Just realized last night that he is cutting his first 2 year molar, so I don't know if that has anything to do with it or not. We had him allergy tested and he came up negative for everything, even foods. So who knows. I feel like we have been trying to figure this out for such a long time, yet we are still at square one.
