Lets get it on dudettes

Today:

Breakfast; croissants with jam, a bit of fruit salad, yogurt, water for Paige and coffee for me

Lunch; turkey and cheese roll ups, and pasta salad

Dinner; corn on the cob, BBQ chicken, hot dogs and tomato salad

And dessert...cookies? Ice pops? Who knows

Breakfast: bagel with salami, cream cheese and onions, coffee. Boys had bagels and cinnamon toast.

Lunch: not sure yet, boys are having leftover pizza I think.

Dinner: baked chicken, mashed potatoes, corn.

Today:

B- Eggs baked in tomato parmesan sauce
S- Bananas, nut butter
L- Salads and some zucchini muffins, I think
D- Spicy Korean pork with broccoli and peanut sauce

Yesterday was mother's day so I got spoiled by dh!!!

brunch: breakfast burritos: tortillas and bowls with scrambled egg, diced ham, bacon, homemade hashbrowns, peppers, salsa, sour cream, cheese etc. A make your own kind of affair, and my favorite breakfast. (It happens to be my mom's favorite since she met my dh! )

snack: cheese buns, veggies and dip, fruit.

Dinner: I came home from a walk to roast, carmalized onion horseradish potatoes (love them so much), spinach strawberry salad and a bottle of my favorite wine. Wow am I ever spoiled!!!

Today:

Breakfast: Smoothie
Snack: fruit, crackers and cheese
Lunch: leftovers from last night!
Snack: veggies and dip
Dinner: pork tenderloin with white wine dijon sauce, rice, salad.

lunch - homemade hummus w/ wheat pita triangles, sliced peppers and carrots

dinner - meatballs w/ gravy over wheat noodles, side of green beans & carrots

Breakfast: Eggs, Tea
Lunch: A quick soup with some homemade stock. Carrots, celery, peas, chicken, whatever else we have in the way of produce...
Dinner: Leftover roasted veggie chili with navy beans.

Yay for May!!

Yesterday -

B - Pumpkin Oatmeal (a real favorite around here!)
L - Baked yam shapes, sausages and watermelon
D - Baked Sole with lemon & ranch sauce, boiled new potatoes, sauteed zuchinni, asparagus, mushrooms and onions, steamed carrots.

Today -

B - Spinach and Egg bake topped with diced tomatoes and parmesan
L - Fish Cakes, make with leftover fish and potatoes from last night, a green salad and the rest of the watermelon
D - Penne with meat sauce, salad leftover from lunch

Raw veggies w/ hummos
S: fig newmans & banana
D: Salmon pie and sauteed spinach

Tomorrow

B: hot whole multi grain cereal (barley, brown rice, amaranth, steel cut oats)
L: left over cauliflower soup and/or Salmon pie
S: Apples and cheese
D: Chicken soup and challah

Saturday

B: hot whole multi grain cereal
L: Chicken soup
D: omlettes

We're supposed to have chicken strips and fries tonight but I'm planting my garden so I'm not sure if we'll stick with that or not.
