My guess is that your fertility is returning. I'd expect to see some signs pretty soon if you've not seen any mucus signs.

I always, always, always get horribly sore-hamburger-feeling nipples around ovulation.

ETA: oh, and it totally mystified me for the first two cycles b/c the mucus signs and temps weren't matching. They synced up in a few cycles.
