Table for 12

I watched this show for the first time tonight and I love this family. It was such a refreshing change from Jon and Kate with all their unhappiness and the Duggers with all their Duggerness. They seem happy and they love each other, the kids are sweet, respectful, normal...I almost didn't want to post because I'm sure someone will come a give me all the dirt on them, but maybe they have no dirt and are a nice as they seem.

I hope they stay that way and don't go crazy with the money and fame the will get from the TV show.

I really like this family too! They are so laid back and I was so impressed with their older boys behavior last night, they seem like awesome kids. That little boy who poked the hole in the wall is so cute. They seem to have a real solid marriage too. I hope they stay down to earth

i absolutely love this family. the oldest boys are so freakin adorable. especially the smaller (yet older) one. when they were at the mall...he is just the sweetest freakin kid on the planet. so so so so so sweet.

and is it just me or is the dad a little hot? : he reminds me a bit of michael chiklis, who is just...YUM!!

I like more hair on my guys... and less, um... muscle?

I do like how both mom and dad are willing to be weird with the kids.

yeah, i admit i lean that way myself. i think i just think he's a cool dad. and michael chiklis is on my short list, *winkwink*. and since he reminds me of hiiiim...well, yeah.

i've had some beer and i'm being very share-y.

Share away, I just won't agree with you unless I actually agree. Not big on Michael Chiklis either.

I agree that there is a certain attractiveness to the dad. I think it is his sense of humor, his active parenting, and his bald head. I have a thing for bald men. DH is grateful for that.

I was dying when the kid put a hole in the wall and loved the dad's calm reaction to it.

I love the dad's reactions to most things. He's got the "well it's done so we fix it up and figure out how to stop it from happening again."

I loved his reaction to the kids "helping" to shovel snow. Just enjoy the show and finish later.

I agree that he looks like Michael Chiklis! Sounds a bit like him too

Oh, and I totally wanted to DDDDC you on the "had some beer and feeling share-y" but I wasn't sure if it would be considered appropriate and don't have anything in paypal currently besides. Just know that I ALMOST placed my first ever DDDDC tonight :

I have never seen the show, but I did see their Ragu commercial on TLC. I think the commercial was for Ragu. I should watch this show.
