Kindergarten Registration Tomorrow- Questions about exemptions

Thread Starter
Tomorrow is the kindergarten registration at our local public school. My DD is mostly vaxed. But we've opted out of some of the "required" vaccines and probably wont' get her any boosters this year. My state has a very liberal vaccine exemption (WA). How necessary is it that I give the school her vax information? Can I just check the exemption box and not give them any info? I'm considering not giving them info so that if I ever move to another state with a more strict vaccine exemption law, I won't be hassled for partial vax or what have you. Could that potentially be a problem, or am I being paranoid?

If they are not requiring that you specify, the only reason I might list the vaxes my oldest son did receive in the past is so he wouldn't be excluded from school during certain outbreaks (which I think is absurd but whatever)

But if you are using an exemption you owe them no explanation, so just put what you are comfortable with.

Your being a little paranoid they won't harass you.

Just give them your dd's vax record and the exemption form that you have signed.

That is what did when i enrolled my dd in school last year and they didn't ask questions at all. She was missing a few of the ones they wanted.
