Come on, tell me why you love CDing! I thought this would be fun and helpful to newbies!

Here are mine...

For one, my 22 month old peed in the potty yesterday!!!! this never, never would have happened with sposies!:

Great for DS's skin. He's NEVER had diaper rash, not once, since I started CDs

I love that I did not nuke my children with the toxins in the disposables.
That I made a difference in the amount of resources used, disposed of and saved.
I loved that my passion of art and practicality for the love of diapers came together and became a business and that I am a leader in my city in the reintroduction of cloth, not only as a supplier but as an original manufacturer.
I love that after 19 years since my first introduction of cloth with my first child that I still love cloth and all the good it does for generations to come and I take it to the streets teaching others.

DS looks so much cuter in cloth diapers! I love all the different styles and prints.

We save money and are creating less waste.

It's always a great conversation starter when people see he is in cloth!

honestly the only reason I love it is the $$$ savings.

The laundry, the excema (he is very moisture sensitive) the stripping since we have hard water.... that I would like to skip.

But then I come back to the $$$.

They're soft and fluffy and wonderful, the laundry is fun, they're good for dd's skin, they save money, they smell good when clean and less bad when dirty, they minimize waste, they're cute, they're not full of chemicals, they're just plain awesome.

*Cost effective~$$ savings is amazing once you get over the intial cost
*Comfortable~DS clearly is more comfortable wearing soft fuzzy cloth (bamboo for us!) instead of stiff disposables
*Less dipe rash~which makes everyone happier

Not running out of diapers and needing to run to the store where I would be tempted to spend more money!

Useing cloth frees up the "diaper money" for other things.

Diapers hanging in the sun make me smile!

I like doing laundry!

Our trash is not overflowing with nasty plastic filled with baby poo and our impact on the environment is less.

Cloth can be so much cuter than a disposable! I hate the way disposables look!

I love reading everyone's thoughts. Someday's I need reminding about how good cloth is. Sometimes I feel soooooooooooo in the minority. I just wish more people would use cloth!!!
