Does anyone have a good recipe for homemade tater tots?

I just grate potatoes on the finest shredder in my food processor, add a little seasonings and flour, one egg and then use a small cookie scoop to fry them. You can also brush a cookie sheet with oil, then scoop on to the pan and spray oil (or not) over the top and roast at like 450 untill brown. They are SO yummy.

I LOVE them too. Sometimes I just spread the "batter" thinly in a frying pan and make one big one, fry it until crispy then flip and fry on the other side then cut in to wedges. I usually mix a sweet potato and regular potato.
