Hey everyone.... I'm trying to do my research on midwives while I'm TTC so I'll be all set when then time comes. My accupuncturist told me that she thinks there is a hb midwife that lives in Wilton..... she couldn't remember her name, but could tell me that the MW's dh runs a farm in Wilton. Does anyone know who this is? TIA!

When I was pregnant with my first I had a home birth attended by Adrian who is one of the midwives at The Birth Cottage (www.birthcottage.com) in Milford. Absolutely wonderful!!! I would highly recommend her. I would have asked her to attend the birth of my second child as well, however, I moved to northern VT. Good luck and blessings, Sarah

Anji Church, http://www.heartthoughtsmidwifery.com who apprenticed at the Birth Cottage is now a full time home birth midwife. You may want to check her out, I think she is in the area.
Also, I second the Birth Cottage. I have worked with Adrian and Autumn (who is apprenticing) and they are wonderful.
Good Luck!!

I think you are referring to Cindy Dunleavy, from Temple, NH (next town over)

She was my midwife, and she is great. Her husband is a farmer in Wilton, as far as I know.
