I'm so sorry you didn't get the birth you had hoped for. 
You did the absolute best you could under difficult circumstances. Try not to worry too much about your next birth--I just had a c/s with my first too, and my mw says there is no reason at all to think I would need a c/s next time. You just have to find a practitioner and a hospital that supports vbacs.
