What oils are the leasat allergenic?

If i wanted to start using oil (for fat) what would be the 'best' one to try first?

I'm on a ED and i had tried olive oil and i don't know if my DD had a reaction to it or not (i had to go back down and eliminate a bunch of foods). I didn't know if i should try olive oil, or if another oil would be 'better' in the sense that it would be less likely to cause blood/mucous.

Thanks so much for all the help. I really appreciate it as i've felt so alone with this struggle. It wasn't until someone told me to check out this site with all the very knowledgeable people that i'm starting to feel like i can do this. So, thank you.

I think the biggest issue is cross contamination in the oils that are NOT labeled properly. We have a long thread here about olive oil being contaminated with nut, corn, and/or soy oil.

We had what I believe were cross contamination issues with olive oil. I personally think there was corn oil in it too.

I decided to switch to another oil (grapeseed oil by Napa Naturals) but you could also choose another brand of olive oil that is more likely to be pure.
