I am curious about this, too. Being a complete novice, this is something I never considered!

What are the no-no's? And what things should we watch for?

We've been using California Baby with Kissaluvs without any problem.

I use plain olive oil.

The biggest no-no is FISH OIL. That will screw everything up!

The biggest yes-yes, in my opinion, is using a breathable cotton diaper (flat, prefold, or fitted) and letting the baby go coverless as much as possible, then changing after every pee.
