Preemie clothing donations?

Some dear friends of mine are in dire straights. They lost their house, their car, the husband lost his job (though he just got a part time job, but is not making nearly what he was before), and now their precious son was born 8 weeks early. How or where can you be a recipient of donated preemie clothing? I want to help them out as much as I can, but we live in different states.
