Hi! Does anyone have a really good book or reference guide for growing plants & veggies & fruits, naturally?

Well. No. But I use this site a lot! http://urbanext.illinois.edu/veggies/index.html Good planting/harvesting info.

I like anything by Rodale Press. The ones I use most are: Rodale's Garden Answers and Rodale's Encyclopedia of Organic Gardening. Another good one is Carrots love Tomatoes - the author is escaping mr right now.

I don't think it's strictly organic/natural, but i liked the kitchen garden by Lucy Peel. It has a few pages worth of info on a wide variety of foods.
