If they have yellow flowers they are mock strawberry. Not poisonous, just not tasty.

Wild strawberry.

Indian Snakeberry; Not poisonus. Is edible tho not tasty.
Wild strawberries look exactly like miniature strawberries W/ 100 X the flavor.
