Appointment with midwife today...

and no change from last week. I'll be 40 weeks on Tuesday, so they scheduled an U/S to check on babe, and a NST. They are willing to let me go to 41 weeks before they start discussing RCS, so I have time, but they want NST's 2 times a week. They absolutely do not induce VBAC's at any point.

I had her strip my membranes to see if it kicks anything into gear. I swore I wasn't going to get pressured, that I was going to let my body do its own thing so I could get my VBAC, but I'm so miserable, I don't know what else to do. I do not want to get to the point that they offer the RCS, because I know I'll take it to end this already. I'm doing castor oil tomorrow morning as its the only thing the midwife will ok for trying to induce. I am in so much physical discomfort, I'm exhausted all the time, I am not me personality wise anymore and I am DONE with being pregnant.

I know I probably sound like I've lost my mind, I seriously feel like I have.

I hope the membrane stripping does kick things into gear for you! If not that, then the castor oil. Sorry you're so frustrated mama.

Sorry you're so miserable! I'm doing the same thing. Praying membrane stripping today will work, if not, I'll do castor oil tomorrow. Cheers to being chained to the porcelain throne all day.
It'll be over soon! Hope tomorrow finds us both with newborns in our arms!

Good luck to you too Not where I wanted to be with this pregnancy, but it is what it is.

I just took a 1/2 mile walk with DD, got some major cramping, but that is it. Now I'm just sitting on my birth ball watching Shrek with DD.
