Been having ctx (painful, real, blessed contractions!) 7-10min apart on the clock for three hours now! Bloody show, baby is very low (I can feel a head if I put my hand up there - behind the cervix).
Not calling the MW yet or anything, but I'm pretty darn excited. Maybe that membrane sweep is going to save me from an induction after all!!
Come on baby, head towards the light!

Update at 5:15am: I managed to sleep, yay! Ctx have continued since midnight, getting much stronger. But they're still only about 30-50 seconds long...trying to time now to find out how frequent, since I was sleeping.

I think this baby is definitely coming today! YAY!
