i just picked up this book last night, and i've skimmed it (skipping a lot of the real hard science parts, which i want to go back to). i think it's fascinating...
i really like the concept of low road/high road, paying attention to when your interaction with your child is about to go off the high road--what the physical sensations are, etc.
and all the attachment style stuff (how it affects your parenting) is really interesting.
any other mamas care to discuss the theories of this book as we're trying to put them into practice?
