I would be offended if a guy told me I had a "nice ass". I don't like that word, "ass". I'm not a hunk of meat, ya know? At the same time, though, it made me feel uncomfortable how everyone was ganging up on David, even after he was obviously trying to be a gentleman about it at that point (apologizing very nicely, etc.) After he apologizes graciously, what more do you want? Utter humiliation? Seriously, give him a break.
And Jake. What. The Heck. What's so wrong with him being a nice, "boy scout" kind-of-a-guy? Some of them were out for blood, they way they were (jealously?) trying to cut him down. I think he's great. Obviously most of the women there thought so, too. It was nice to see the guys shown up about the way they treated Jake and Juan. Poor Juan. I LOVED it when Chris Harrison said to David, about the "fake shot" incident, "Who gives a carp?"

And why do you think Reid "couldn't make it"? Maybe because she picks him in the end . . . .
