Is it normal to feel strong pressure in your uh bottom during a contraction? I thought that was just the pushing stage but I seem to be feeling that since my contractions started getting a little more intense.

15 minutes after I posted this my body did a "clean out" so I think thats what was going on and now Im wondering if this is really early labor since thats what happened last time. We will see.
