My birth ball just burst

With me on it.

And of course it happens at 6 pm on a Friday so the chance of sneaking in to see a chiro is slim to nil. Surprisingly I feel physically ok, but emotionally it's really set me off. I'm so ready for this baby to make his appearance.

Sorry mama! I'm reading this sitting on my birth ball... yikes. I've heard that this happens more often than we'd think. Maybe because we spend so much time on them?

Oh that sucks! I hope you didn't hurt yourself badly and can get another ball to sit on.

Me too! The package said "burst-resistant" and "holds up to 600lbs" but I still worry a bit.
I am more worried about the old ball I loaned to a friend - it's too small for me; but she is actually much heavier than me (shorter legs). She's due late May, too.

I'm not in your ddc, but just wanted to send some (((HUGS)))!

I thought it was bad that my 2 year old stabbed 3 holes in my birthball with a steak knife!

My toddler attacked mine with a pen. It seems ok but now after all these posts I'm afraid of sitting on it, lol. What a rude fall that must have been! Glad you are ok physically. Sounds like one of those stories that might be funny later--esp when you tell it to your LO

Thanks for all the sympathy, ladies. My groin is a little sore this morning; not sure if that's from the fall or just all the walking I did yesterday, but otherwise I don't feel to bad.

Haven't decided about getting a new ball or not. Little gun-shy. I am going to Target today, so maybe I'll check out what they have.....
