EPO questions

So, does the capsule just dissolve overnight or does it come out later??? I just have visions of having to go fishing somewhere that I can't really reach! And, how much are you ladies using?? My capsules are 1000mg, so I just used one. The stuff I read last night said that if you had 500mg capsules to use 2 so I thought I'd be okay. And for my last question, do you leak during the night enough that you have to wear panties and a pad?? I haven't been due to a reaction to my dryer sheets but I don't want to make a mess either! TIA!!!

I prefer to pop and squeeze on my fingers. Just cannot get myself to insert the capsule. I have very little stuff coming out but I can feel it on the outside of myself since it is dripping on my fingers as I insert.

NP. It is one of the things I did not want to resort too but since I had to go with an OB I am doing what I can to try to help things along since induction talk is next wk and I am getting more freaked out each day. OB probably would be quite shocked to know what I am doing since I am not one for internals and only permit the ones he absolutely requires. Hoping something happens before then since I only supposedly have 2 days to EDD.

I inserted and took nothing out. I wore a pantyliner. I put it in after the very last bathroom stop before bed.

The labor prep I am doing calls for inserting SIX softgels three times a week. I wonder if it will be the EPO or the challenge of cramming (and keeping in) six of those softgels in there that will be of the most benefit. And even with that many I haven't had any problem with them not dissolving. But ew...the mess from that is very annoying. I'm switching to the 1000mg softgels so I only have to endure half the joy of putting them where the sun don't shine

Six?! Yikes!

I do one capsule (1000mg) each night when I pee the last time before bed. I actually don't have much come out at night, and the capsule part completely dissolves. You could wear a panty-liner if you're concerned, but I haven't had that much come out. I also take EPO orally twice per day.

Last night went fine with no panties or liner, so I'll just stick with one for now! It did look weird to see little drops of oil in the toilet after I peed though!
