I just saw this from the Charleston Daily Mail. WV only offers medical exemptions and according to the article, VERY few have been granted in the past year. It's clear religious discrimination to deny a child a state education based on their parents' religious beliefs. I hope the state rules in her favor. Maybe then people will start to realize that you don't HAVE to vax and WV will realize that it's not ok to mandate medical treatment.
