Elastic shot in some of my BG - what are my options?

I have some old 1.0 BumGenius, and elastic is shot in some of the legs. Any ideas besides just ripping the seams out and replacing the elastic? I hate to throw them out...\

Took me a minute to find this tutorial - but this seems like the easiest way to me!

There are also WAHM mamas that you can mail them to and they will fix them for you. PM me if you want some names.
