whome, im sending you healing, happy vibes. you are so amazing and helpful on here and i feel so sad when i see things arent going smoothly for you!

i have not tried betaine and didnt even really understand about it until you mentioned it. i think i might give another b12 supp a shot and then possibly the betaine once i read more about it. im still holding on to hope that it was the cherry in the last b12 supp causing my issues.

pat, i bookmarked this hoping that one day in the future we might be able to have it. right now, it'll have to be on hold because of the grains, but thank you for the info. we're still soakin away in the epsoms (with FEs in the water too) a lot as well.

But whoMe's comment on B12 is important too, maybe really, really slow.
I gave my son DMG (dimethylglycine, similar to trimethylglycine, the TMG whoMe mentioned) last year and it didn't seem to do anything, but my HCP mentioned glycine (didn't specify TMG or DMG, we didn't get that far) when I asked about what-next on the detox stuff for me. But it seems whether it promotes detox is dose-dependent because my multivit has 50mg of TMG (which is also called betaine HCl, why so many names??) per 2 tablets and I've mostly been taking 6 tablets/day. So I'm guessing dose is a big deal.

thank you for this info, tanya. im so sorry that you feel like your dh is looking exhausted. it's so painful to be able to SEE everything that your lo is going through written all over their face. im wishing restful vibes his way!
is it just me, or do all the names for everything make your head spin?! i will add the dmg to the list with tmg to check out if i fail another b12 trial (which i plan on starting slower this time!) i have to check out the supp thread for a cornless sublingual. the source naturals one that i took the last time had me covered in hives which, as whome mentioned, could have been a detox thing or a reaction thing.

oh thank you, im glad to see your dosage because it gives me a better idea for myself. im sorry that potatoes failed and caused reaction issues for your ds. i always think that your family is so blessed to have you caring for them, kathy. you always seem to be working hard to figure out their food needs and health needs!
fwiw, my dds kp started on her face.
nessa, know something interesting? i just got af too (is it from hanging out together on here?). mine isnt my first pp though. i got one last june, july and august repectively and then nothing since then until now.
it might have been a coincidence too but i had just taken about 4gm of vit c that day for the first time (we didnt have a safe vit c, only quercetin with c and i didnt want to take tons of quercetin just to get the c) and 15 mins later i started a period. i felt like that must have been a sign of increasing health, right? i figure afs are kinda optional for the body.
