best farmers market sellers?

My friend and I are going in on a table in a few weeks for the summer. I am stumped on what to make..help?? What have you made and sold alot of at a farmers market? What would you buy?

I can make these;

baby hats
skirts
cloth napkins
aprons
trivets (these are the scented ones with cinnamon and cloves)
potholder sets (funky patchwork/batik in sets)
handmade dolls/toys
apron dresses for girls (these are too cute for toddlers, I am definitely making these)
soap(I'm pretty sure there is already someone making soap though)
bubble wands
dream pillows
aromatherapy candles
homemade potpourri and apple/orange/clove/cinnamon wreath & pomanders

I also could do chair massage or hair braiding?

I was thinking of just starting with baby hats and the aprons..but I will probably want to make some other things too, I am just not sure! my dolls are good sellers online so maybe some dolls and handmade toys.

Is there anything you can think of that would be a good seller??? any of these bad ideas? (I am hesitant of selling candles/soap in the summer months, especially when there will be others selling those)

(I used to run a site online so I am experienced at selling just online not at a market..)it's a pretty big one in a town full of hippies, yuppie & retired types.

I need ideas!

I go to markets but don't sell there, so take this with a grain of amateurness... but I'd steer away from the easy-to-make-yourself stuff like potholders, trivets and cloth napkins. The market's usually pretty saturated with that stuff and yours would have to be pretty incredible to stand out from the rest... and no disrespect to potholders, but I think they have limited incredible potential.

I'd go with baby hats. I made a ridiculously frilly bonnet for DD and it has gotten SO many comments, including several "Where did you buy that?"s. One woman even approached me in a mall to say that she sells things at a certain craft market and that I should open up a stall! I don't have the time (or frankly, the sewing expertise) to go into mass production, but I was tempted! Make something that makes people giggle and go "Awww".

thank you! I definitely may just stick with hats/aprons and small handmade toys to begin with. I was also thinking about some cute baby hair accessories (bows with snaps).

For the hats, I could do summer ones now then winter ones towards the fall! (along with mittens and scarves!)

I was also thinking of making these apron dresses for toddlers (my DD has one and everyone ohs and ahs over it when she wears it!) I could easily sell those for $25 a pop!

thanks again and if anyone has any good ideas please post them!

Also what are your favorite fabrics for baby hats? solids? novelty? eyelet? I like bright out there colors and prints myself..

There are two stalls selling soap at my FM, and I buy from both of them. I love handmade soap. Aprons would probably sell well, too.

How about fleece socks? Not so much in the summer, but coming up to winter they would probably sell well.

Reusable cloth produce bags? Cloth tote bags? Handmade salves and lotions? Infused oils?

*baby hats
*cloth napkins
*handmade dolls/toys
*bubble wands

*chair massage

These are the things I would consider purchasing.

PLEASE consider making some cute clothing for boys. Girls get all the nice things...
