natural stool softeners?

hey i am putting together my birth kit, and was trying to think up some kind of tea that I can put in there to help keep everything going easy if you know what i mean after the birth. I always watch what i eat very carefully afterwards and have plenty of juice and salad, and liquids or course. I don't usually have a problem with constipation under normal circumstances, but with my last birth, i didn't take anything at all and i think i pushed my luck about as far as I would like to on that subject. That is the LAST thing i want to have to deal with in the immediate week or 2 after the birth is being backed up, especially when things are still healing down there yk.

I thought about aloe vera juice, but then i read that it can transfer to the milk and i don't really need anything that strong anyway.

I was considering Dandelion root tea. I have had good experiences before with that especially during pms and stuff like that too. It never seemed to strong, but got the job done. Does anyone have anything that they have used for postpartum that they would recommend?

Prunes. They worked better than OTC stool softeners for me, and didn't seem to bother my super sleepy newborn.

Yellow Dock. Goats milk is also a mild laxative.

I give my dd a natural enzyme digestive as a stool softener.
