Hi Mummies
I'm writing an article abour D-MER, the condition where you have a yucky, homesick, depressed feeling with your milk let-down. I'd love some insight from some real mums, especially those in Australia, but your help would be great. Please contact me and I will email you some questions. Thanks for your help. JM

Hi!

I have five children, and my midwife, and a friend with a master's in physiology, have been researching my reaction to let-down for eight years. I learned yesterday (after nursing five kids and wrestling with feeling fine one minute, then wanting to kill myself for two minutes, then feeling fine again, and going through this cycle EVERY TIME I fed my babies) that my condition is D-Mer. I would love to answer your questions.

Thanks so much for getting back to me. As you can see, I posted the piece back in May, and have since completed my article and am trying madly to get it published! The d-mer.org web site is fantastic, and the lady who started it pretty inspirational. Hopefully you will see some more about D-MER in the media soon. Thanks again for taking the time to get back to me. Sorry I don't have an article to include you in at this time. JM
