how do you all wash your cloth diapers?

so, i plan to CD with baby #2. didn't CD with #1, so i'm new to it.
i'd like to keep them clean and hopefully as stain-free as possible, but would also like to have a natural detergent.

what do you wash your cloth diapers with? and how has it worked?
