Baby Aaron is here!

Our Son was born VERY fast this morning. My water broke at 11:45pm sunday night and he was born 1:56am monday morning. So almost 2 hours total. I was able to have my vbac without pain meds. Our doula was awesome!
Aaron Elijah is 7lbs 15oz and 20 1/4 inches. He's nursing well and being a great little guy!

Congrats! He is beautiful. You got a labor like I am used to and mine was long and hard compared to my others. That is so cool that you sent me labor vibes yesterday afternoon and said you were jealous, and ended up beating me by half an hour. This baby having biz is so unpredictable. I am happy for you!

Thanks everyone!!! I'm so happy it went so well. The OB and nurses were so peaceful throughout. I ended up really kind of growling when I was pushing and it helped so much to put that energy into my chest and push. The OB was awesome about letting his cord stop pulsing before clamping and they were wonderful about putting him on me and just leaving me be. Our OB even showed us the placenta in detail and talked about it as the 'tree of life' (our doula thought that was cool that an OB talked about that). It was great. Seriously though.... birth hurts. I think we're done.
