Diapers with no inserts, covers?

I am slowly trying to build a CD collection having only started with prefolds and covers. What CD would be the best if I want to avoid buying accessories (inserts, covers, etc..)? AIO? I'm considering bumGenius bamboo fitted diapers but can't tell online if they require a cover or inserts?
