I want to melt tiny pieces of goats milk soap and put it in a bigger mold. Is it possible to do and how?

Yes, you can Just put it in a pot on the stove on low and melt. You may need to add a tiny bit of liquid. Depending upon how much soap you're melting, I would start with a tablespoon and go from there. If the soap is too dry to properly melt, add a tablespoon of liquid at a time (heavy cream, aloe juice, water, goats milk etc..) until it's fluid but not liquidy. It will look like transluscent applesauce/mashed potatoes. At this stage, put it in your mold.

This process is called rebatching and you can google for more detailed instructions but, it's pretty easy. But, keep in mind that rebatched soap is very different from regular cold process soap. It doesn't have the same creamy smooth appearance and most people think it melts faster.

Ok so goats milk doesn't affect it differntly? I tryed one method that told me to use a microwave for 30sec intervals and it puffed up huge and smelled burnt.

Yes, you can microwave it as well. Personally, I prefer to do it on the stove top on low because I have better control over it and I can stir it while it's melting to help it stay smooth. But, microwave works too. Some people use the crock pot.

As far as the burnt smell - no, I've never heard of that. There's no reason for it to smelled burnt.
