I am in a food rut, pregnant and nursing and STARVING all of the time. I am too tired and rarely have the time to cook but I need your no cook/low prep/little cook food ideas. We're GF but can usually modify any ideas to make it GF so please give me all of your ideas!
This is what I have so far:
-Yogurt
- Cheese & fruit/crackers
- Nachos (just put tortilla chips under broiler with cheese and beans and then top with sour cream and avocado)
- Wraps
- sandwiches
- English muffin pizzas
- nuts
And that's about all I can think of. Please give me your ideas, I am going to the store later and always flounder and end up with pieces of meals and nothing to eat. HELP! :
