What's Your Cloth and Sposie Disposal System?

We are going to be doing both cloth and disposables. I was thinking we probably needed both a dry pail (for cloth) and a garbage can (for wipes and sposies) by the changing table..
Or in general, do most people take a dirty sposie and/or wipes to the outside garbage can immediately?

We currently do cloth dipes and disposable wipes, we keep a dry pail (really just a kitchen trash can with a lose lid) in the bathroom for diapers and a small lidded trash can next to the changing table for wipes. I find it works really well, though we are considering switching to cloth wipes to save money on buying wipes... I would think just having to trash cans, one for dipes and one for sposies and wipes would work fine.

I would say it depends on how much you'll be sposie-ing. We used them on my son, but only at night. So in those cases, we simply threw that one dipe in the regular trash every morning (it was only pee). And I never use wipes after just a pee dipe -so only dealt with those after poops, but we used cloth for that as well.

For cloth we have a trash can in the laundry room that has a wet bag inside of it. When we used sposies I just tossed them in the regular trash can. The trash got taken out enough that it never smelled. We did have a diaper genie which I hated and did smell so I stopped using it.

We do cloth dipes and sposie wipes, have also at times used sposie dipes here and there. Next to the changing station, I keep a 5 gallon bucket w/lid for the cloth and a small trash can for sposie wipes/dipes. I do plan to get a kitchen size trash can w/lid for the dipes. But I've been saying that since she was born almost 3 months ago and it still hasn't happened. If I do end up getting one, it'll be one with a loose lid or one that has a foot pedal to open the lid. Sometimes it's a hassle to open the lid by hand when I have a squirmy baby.

I use a foot pedal garbage can as a dry pail for my cloth dipes. It has a removable bucket inside which I carry down to the laundry room every few days. It works perfectly, with no stink even if I go 4 days without doing laundry. While the dipes are in the wash, I rinse out the bucket with hot water and a few drops of tea tree oil and then let it air dry. We use cloth wipes and they go in the same dry pail as the diapers.

We use sposies every once in a while and we use one g-Diaper flushable insert as a doubler inside an AIO at night (I was given several bags of the flushables so had to find a use!). I haven't mastered flushing them so they get chucked. I don't bother to keep a garbage at the changing table because we produce so little waste; everything goes into the bathroom trash which is open (no lid) in the cabinet under the sink. It hardly gets stinky at all even though I only empty it once every ten days or so. I know some would say that's gross but it really doesn't seem bad at all. I think it's just that infant pee and poo really doesn't smell very much, you'll be amazed. My son is now eating some solids and still there is no fancy odour-containing engineering solution required. I'm sure that'll change as he eats more and more solids, but so far it's been much easier and sweeter smelling than I'd expected.
