I know this has probably been asked a million times

and normally I enjoy digging through these forums, but my computer is having issues, and I do not have the patience anymore lol!

We stopped vaccinating about 4-5 years ago, and haven't looked back. However, my ped is VERY pro vax(pro-circ too, my next forum stop is to find a new ped.) and I get lectured every time I take one of the kids in. Which isn't often(bead up the nose, car accident injury, that type of thing), but each time I get cards form the county, from the mayor, etc. It seems like I remember reading that there is a vaccine registry you can opt out of. Does anyone have the link?

They have also asked me to sign something, which I have managed to avoid so far, but I remember also reading to not sign anything. Can anyone help me out there, as well? Is there something I can take in myself?

I found 2 opt out forms...not sure which one you need to do. I would call them and ask.
