MtnMama, just read through the handout, thank you. Looks very interesting. I will ask in Chat where people buy herbs given that I'm not going to be harvesting my own anytime soon.

I don't suppose you ever have clotting/bleeding issues? Probably not, I'm wondering about the red clover for myself. I think I will play with the amount of red clover since I think I am more susceptible to issues here than most.
