Pat, still a good idea on the thread, I think I'll be doing good for the next 2 weeks--and I won't mention how the last week went.
My mom's coming to visit and help out with house stuff, and what you wrote above about getting outside is starting to seem really important to me, and it's always easier to start good habits when she's around.
When stressed, I turn into a hermit and stay inside, and not feel confined or bad, but really, I need to get out. I want to work in the yard a bit every day, I may even try barefoot, though with our ant situation (fire ants in Texas) I am not sure yet. And I'm concerned about suggesting it to the kids, the last time my son got a whole bunch of ant bites, I think it stressed his body and within a week he was mouthing things (zinc) and it took a while to fix. Sigh... trying to patiently wait for the right time for the right move.
