Tiny tiny black dots on plants

Its not just my tomato plants, its also some pepper and eggplant. Only the ones that were next to each other in pots. First noticed on the pepper plants, thought it might be aphids because I did spot one on there. However I am not seeing any bugs on the tomato plants at all. The spots don't appear to be doing too much damage so far, but I'd like to know what they are. They are not raised. They are not bordered by yellow halos. The leaves are not curling because of it. No discoloration (except some sun fading because I'm in the hardening off stage)

I've tried googling all the common pictures of things but its just not completely matching. Looks closest to bacterial speck but its not JUST my tomato plants, which everything says bacterial speck is only for tomato.

I'm confused. =/

These are seedlings, since you're hardening off? Some kind of fungus, perhaps? No idea, sorry!

Well, I hesitate to call them seedlings since they are no longer small plants. Most of them are more than a foot tall. But yes, I grew them from seed and I'm at the very end of hardening them off. In fact, thinking that tonight they might be able to stay out all night.

I went and looked again and was able to find an aphid on one of the leaves. Do aphids leave behind little black dots and sorta see through spots near it?

I've never seen black dots by them, and usually where there's aphids there's a ton of them...

Never seen tons like on pictures, but a few here and there on the leaves.
